I have a Master of Science degree in Psychology and Counseling, I am an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), MCAP (Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional), NCC (National Certified Counselor), and a QS (Qualified Supervisor), MS degree, and I am also EMDR trained.

It may all seem so overwhelming to navigate a new career. I am here to help you as a licensed mental health counselor and qualified supervisor with over 8 years of experience in the field.

As the clinical director of a drug and alcohol treatment center, I have had extensive experience with meeting all state, accreditation, and documentation requirements along with addressing ethical concerns and navigating difficult situations. I am excited to pass that knowledge on to you and help you in your journey. Not only do I have a passion for seeing the clients rediscover their health and well-being, I also have a passion for helping therapists do the same so they are resilient and can prevent burn out.

Having worked in addiction for a long time, I help clients deal with what is at the root of their addiction which is often issues such as depression, trauma, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, lack of self-worth, and family relationship issues.
